About the founder

Hey there! I'm Jordan Allan, the driving force behind Hybrid Move.

I am Jordan, a dedicated local personal trainer serving the Petersfield community. My venture, Hybrid-Move, was founded with the purpose of extending access to a diverse spectrum of fitness modalities across various locations in our local area. Irrespective of your motivations or aspirations, we have a place for everyone within our fitness community.


With a career spanning over seven years in personal training, I've had the privilege of collaborating with remarkable clients. My fitness journey commenced at a young age through rugby, affording me the opportunity to explore new and inventive training methods tailored to the diverse needs of individuals. Exercise is an integral facet of my daily life, even if it means taking a simple walk to maintain physical activity.

I firmly believe that fitness is an inclusive endeavor, catering to individuals with aspirations ranging from modest goal-setting to achieving a sense of mental well-being. My ultimate objective is to foster holistic health and well-being in all those I have the privilege to guide.


My training sessions are thoughtfully designed to elevate your performance to a higher tier, distinguished by their uniqueness and incorporation of a diverse array of training techniques. However, the paramount focus is always to create a sense of enjoyment during training, fostering a strong sense of camaraderie and community amongst participants.

Hello! I'm Jordan, a local personal trainer for the community of Petersfield! I created Hybrid Move to bring all forms of fitness to multiple places around the local area. No matter the reason, no matter the goal, there is a place for everyone.


I have been a personal trainer for over 7 years and have had the pleasure of working with some amazing clients. Having started out playing rugby from a young age, my journey allowed me to embark on new and innovative regimes, allowing me to cater for everyone. Daily exercise is part of my life even if it's a walk to keep the movement.

Fitness is for everyone, from little goal setting all the way to feeling mentally better about themselves and that is what I aim to achieve!


My sessions will push you to a high level of performance, are always unique and have different techniques of training.

The main goal is that we have fun whilst training, creating a strong bond and community throughout.

Hi everyone ! I'm Nicky, a fitness enthusiast...I have always enjoyed exercise such as running, cycling, aerobic classes and the gym.


Being active is part of my everyday life and running being my ultimate drive. I've achieved lots of goals with events and races from 5K to Marathon distance.


I am a happy, bubbly, outgoing person and love to socialise. I'm always dedicated to my commitments.


My style is High Impact such as HIIT and Circuits, a Full Body Workout and good Cardio. Keeping classes interesting and fun.

My goal is to share my desire for health and fitness with others to encourage and inspire people to be fitter, stronger and healthier. And above all be happy and believe you can achieve.

Hi, I'm James and I am a qualified personal trainer and sports massage therapist. l've been in the fitness industry for about 8 years now and over this time I have trained with many clients and have tailored programmes to their needs, as everyone's goals and abilities are different.


My sessions tend to involve quite a lot of mobility based movements and core work as I believe these are the fundamentals to a healthy and fully functioning body to help deal with everyday tasks.


Exercising shouldn't just be about getting fitter or stronger, it should also be about becoming mentally stronger. If you want to see and feel the benefits of exercise, join one of hybrid moves classes today!

Hello, I'm Natasha, a dedicated and certified personal trainer with a passion for transforming lives through fitness. With over five years of experience in the industry, I've been helping individuals on their fitness journeys since 2017.


As a personal trainer and instructor, my approach is all about striking the perfect balance between challenging workouts and making each session a fun and enjoyable experience. In addition to my personal training qualifications, I am also a certified boxercise, indoor cycling, and Bodybalance instructor, which allows me to offer a diverse range of workouts tailored to your specific goals and preferences. Life can get busy, but it's crucial to take time for yourself, and I'm here to guide you on that journey.


I can't wait to meet you all in our sessions and help you achieve your fitness dreams. Let's work together to make every session count towards a healthier, happier you!

Hi I’m Jo, 

I moved to Petersfield 6 years ago from Brighton. 

I am an animal lover and enjoy getting out in the countryside, walking, running and cycling with my dog. I am an approachable, friendly person and I welcome all abilities to my classes. There is something for everyone! 


I have always been an active person. I started my fitness journey in dance as a teenager and I have been a group fitness instructor for 15 years . I believe in ‘keeping fit’ especially as I get a little older. Fitness is a lifestyle and something to be enjoyed. 


I teach a variety of classes focusing on full body conditioning, HIIT, muscle conditioning with weights, spin and Pilates to name a few! I often teach using exercise to music and find music a huge motivator.  

Classes are challenging but fun and I will work with you to encourage you to achieve your fitness goals.


I am very much looking forward to seeing you.

Hello, my name is Ruby! I have been a Personal Trainer and Bootcamp instructor for the past 4 years. I am extremely passionate about helping others to achieve their health and fitness goals. I am here to guide you, educate you and motivate you to get results in a healthy no nonsense way!

I love leading bootcamps, circuits, HIITS and anything fun which will bring that heart rate up. Team building is also a big part of who I am so this will be fun to be involved with!

Together and with my knowledge, we will workout to prevent injury, push limits and have fun and provide quality sessions for you Hybrids...I look forward to working with you all and delivering some spicy sessions.

Level 2 - health, safety and welfare in a fitness environment Level 2 - anatomy and physiology for exercise and health Level 2 - programming and delivering personal training

Hi all, my name is Robbie!

Fun and competitive sessions designed to get your heart pumping and body moving.Incorporating different training styles all around giving you unique and fun sessions.

I like to bring high energy and encouragement to each session with the goal of helping you find new levels to your fitness.

My background in sport is mainly Rugby. Having played up to a decent standard along my journey I have taken the opportunities and knowledge to learn methods of training which can be applied to various sessions I put on for you Hybrids!

Being part of a good group of like minded individuals is always exciting to get involved in and I look forward to working with you all soon.
